The Organisation
Purpose:
U3A LogoThe Melton Mowbray U3A exists in order to:

Encourage life long learning for those no longer in full time gainful employment in Melton Mowbray and its surrounding locality, providing opportunities for leisure time and recreational activities in a social environment.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 10 am in the Baptist Church, Bowling Green Close, off Leicester Road at which it is usual to have a speaker followed by tea and coffee.

This venue offers off-street parking.
Groups
Melton Mowbray U3A achieves its purposes primarily through groups meeting in members homes or in hired rooms covering a wide variety of topics.
