Is the proposed work closer to the highway (i.e. carriageway or public right of way) than any part of the original dwelling?

Will it be necessary to make structural alterations to the existing building?

Will there be any alteration to the below ground drainage system?

Once the proposal is built, then added to other outbuildings will more than 50% of the garden/land around the original dwelling still remain clear of buildings and structures.

Will a change of access be involved?

Will any trees be felled or pruned?
